Yes — depending on stock availability, your order may ship from different locations and arrive in separate packages. Each package has its own tracking number. If one package is significantly delayed, contact us and we'll investigate.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective. In those cases, we cover return shipping and send a replacement immediately.

For the longest lifespan:

We recommend laying flat or hang drying for best results. If you must use a dryer, use the lowest heat setting. High heat breaks down elastic fibers faster than anything else and can cause shrinkage or loss of shape.
