Gift Card Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to the gift cards purchased or obtained on Fastarry.

 

1.Redemption and Limitations

Gift cards may be redeemed on Fastarry (www.fastarry.com) to purchase products and services.

 

2.Purchase

When you place an order to purchase gift cards, we need to ensure your payment method is safe and secure. The verification process is estimated to take 1-5 business days. The actual time frame depends on the payment method you select.


3.Gift Card Redemption

You may enter the gift card number when you are checking out. The amount will be deducted from the gift card. If the payable balance is more than the balance remaining on the gift card, you must select other payment methods to pay for the remaining amount.
Please note that only one gift card can be redeemed in connection with any given order and they cannot otherwise be "stacked" or combined with other gift cards for that same order.

 

4.View Balance

You may check your gift card balance in APPLE WALLET (you will need to download the application). If you are using mobile phones of other brands except iphone and are not able to download the files,please email us at (eve@fastarry.com/order@fastarry.com), we can help you check out the balance.
The balance in your gift card may be used on Fastarry to purchase products and services. The gift card balance cannot be withdrawn for cash.


5.Validity Period and Refund

Any gift card you purchase from us has no expiry date.
To the extent permitted by applicable laws, gift card purchases are non-refundable.
Please note any gift card issued by us to you free of charge may have an expiry period, generally ranging from 1 day to 3 months (or potentially longer) from the date of issuance.
Once the validity period expires, the gift card cannot be redeemed.
If an order is paid by a gift card and a refund was requested, the portion paid by the gift card will be returned to the gift card.


6.Reason for Gift Cards Not Received

After the gift card has been purchased successfully, it will be sent to the email address on file. If you did not receive your gift card number, it may be because:

  • You entered the wrong email address when purchasing the gift card. Please contact Customer Support to confirm and change the email address.
  • Your inbox is full. Please ensure you have sufficient space in your inbox, then contact Customer Support to resend.
  • Our emails have been blocked by your mailbox. Please add eve@fastarry.com and order@fastarry.com to your whitelist, then contact Customer Support to resend.

7.Gift Card Lost or Stolen

For the avoidance of doubt, Fastarry will not be responsible if a lost or stolen gift card is subsequently used without your authorization. As such, please ensure that you are taking proper means to secure your gift card number from unauthorized access and use.
