Yes — the built-in cups are fully removable. Keep them in for shaping and modesty, or take them out for a natural, no-padding yoga feel. The pads are designed to stay in place during movement (no shifting or bunching).
What level of support does it provide?+
Light support — designed for yoga, Pilates, barre, walking, and everyday wear. This is not recommended for high-impact activities like running, HIIT, or jumping. For those, pair it under a higher-support bra.
Is the fabric buttery soft?+
Yes. The interior is double-brushed peach-skin finish (80% Polyamide / 20% Elastane) that feels buttery soft against your skin — comparable to the Lululemon Nulu fabric feel, at a fraction of the price.

Our sports bras use S/M/L sizing. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable, relaxed fit. The model (5'7", 130 lbs, 32B) wears Size S. Cup sizes A-C work best for this style.
